The STCnians celebrated World Mental Health Awareness Month by posting notes on our gratitude wall. Some students shared wishes for luck, while others expressed hopes for peace. Many students participated by adding their own messages.

Mr. Jeric Tampioc, a teacher and ICT adviser, shared his thoughts on contributing to the wall: 'It feels like you’re giving people words of wisdom—that they are worthy, they are valued, and they shouldn’t feel alone in this world because we’re all in this together." - Mr. Tampioc.

Ms. Honeybeth Moleno also read from an anonymous note that said, 'Don’t Big, Don’t Cheese, You’re Worth Eat'. This message made everyone laugh due to its playful phrasing, intended to bring a smile to readers. Mr. Jeric Tampioc shared his own saying in connection with the note: 'ang maguol, pilde', which he explained as, 'that’s why, instead of feeling sad, be happy because nothing lasts forever. If the good days come, enjoy and savor the moment; it won’t last forever.' - Mr. Tampioc.

Let’s shine a light on mental health! A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Jeric B. Tampioc and Ms. Honeybeth Moleño for sharing their inspiring words and insights. Remember, it’s perfectly okay not to be okay.

Together, we can create a supportive community where everyone feels valued and heard."
