Article V. SCHOLARSHIPS AND DISCOUNTS

Section 1. Scholarships

Southern Tech College Foundation, Incorporated (STCFI) offers the following scholarship opportunities:

1. Senior High School Full Scholarship (Grade 10 Completers)

 

Award: Full scholarship covering 100% tuition fees and 100% miscellaneous fees.
Additional Benefit: Scholars shall fully enjoy the benefits of the Senior High School Voucher Program, further reducing any remaining educational costs.

Eligibility:

• Open to all Grade 10 recent completers enrolling in the Senior High School program at STCFI.

Coverage:

• No tuition fees

• No miscellaneous fees

• Full application of SHS Voucher Program benefits

 

Discontinuance of Scholarship:
The scholarship shall be subject to the provisions under Article IV, Section 2: Disqualification of SHS Voucher. A scholar shall be disqualified from continuing the scholarship for any of the following reasons:

• The voucher is not used in the school year immediately following JHS completion

• The voucher is only valid for two (2) successive school years

• The student drops out in the middle of the school year

• The student does not re-enroll in the following school year

• The student is retained in the same grade level due to having three (3) failing subjects

• The student transfers to another SHS provider within the school year

• The student transfers to a DepEd SHS provider

 

Exception:

• A student who passes Grade 11 but is unable to enroll the following school year due to medical reasons may still avail of the voucher, provided the interruption does not exceed one (1) school year.

Additional Information:

• The scholarships and discounts outlined above are available until further notice or discontinuation. The school administration will inform students of any new or updated scholarships and discounts as they become available.
